S&H Estate Sales & Service Rules: A number entry system will be utilized the day of the sale and numbers will be available near the front door on a first come/first serve basis one hour before the sale starts. You must arrive when the sale starts to line up based on your number. Numbers that are not present will be skipped and be required to go to the back of the line. There will be no Early Sales. We will limit the number of people in the home at one time, based on the occupancy level. Shoes may have to be removed, depending on the weather and homeowners request. No pets allowed (except service animals). Please use discretion if bringing children. They MUST BE SUPERVISED or you will be asked to leave. The old adage of "you break it, you buy it", will apply to you, or your kids. Our staff is not able to lift/carry/haul your purchases, so please arrange for pick-up for whatever you plan on buying. In fairness to all customers we will not give out price information in advance. The address will not be published until one day before the sale.

Terms and Conditions: Cash & Checks are accepted. Credit/Debit will be accepted based only on Internet reception. Taxes are required to be collected at a 5.5% rate.
