The house is sold and now we need to sell everything they are not taking with them.

There are two bedrooms upstairs, a main floor and garage, as well as a basement full, and it all needs to go!

Thursday, May 5: 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

Friday, May 6: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Some items of interest include: Terry Redlin Print, Kitchen Aid (new in box) German Romertopf (Roman Pot), Russian Samovar, Longaberger Basket, swingset (you dig up and haul), grills, speakers, patio furniture, kitchen misc. including Gluten Free food (new), dining room table/chairs, grandfather clock (non-working), cat figurines, German beer stein collection, tools and garage misc., futons, rugs, wine rack, books, garage cabinets, wheelbarrow, Honda lawn mower, shovels/rakes/lawn tools, planting & gardening misc., Christmas trees & holiday decorations, artificial palm tree, clothes, purses, home decor, games (most new), scrapbooking & craft supplies, and children's dress-up & play items (some Disney). 

S&H Estate Sales & Service Rules:  A number entry system will be utilized the day of the sale and numbers will be available near the front door in a small tote on a first come/first serve basis, one hour before the sale starts. You must arrive when the sale starts to line up based on your number. Numbers that are not present will be skipped and be required to go to the back of the line. There will be no early sales. We will limit the number of people in the home at one time, based on the occupancy level. Shoes may have to be removed, or booties may need to be worn, based on the homeowner's request. Remember you are a guest in someone else’s home. No pets allowed (except for service animals). Please use discretion if bringing children. They MUST BE SUPERVISED at all times or you will be asked to leave. The old adage of “you break it, you buy it” will apply. Our staff is not able to lift/carry/haul your purchases, so please arrange for pick-up of whatever you plan on buying. In fairness to all customers we will not give out price information in advance. The address will not be published until one day before the sale.
