This large home is a living time warp. So many great vintage/retro items just waiting to have a new life! One bedroom is full of craft items. There is an office and another bedroom with a queen size bed full of afghans/throws/pillows/blankets, most of them home made, linens, clothes and vintage games. The kitchen is overflowing into the living room with glassware, Tupperware, and kitchen misc. There is a dining room table with two leaves and four chairs. The living room has a loveseat, living room chairs, an oversized chair and ottoman, end tables and more. There is child size furniture including a potty seat and a vintage high chair that would look great as a planter! The bathroom is FULL!! The basement is full of beauty supplies from a lifetime as a beautician, tools, camping equipment, an ice chest, a dehumidifier, a dorm size refrigerator, Christmas and Holiday items, luggage, yard sticks, books and magazines, maps, cleaning supplies, record player, 8 track player and tapes, sports (Packers) and exercise misc., vintage board games, and decor. In the garage there are two push mowers (one electric) a snow blower, two bikes, garden supplies, tools, and red wing crocks. S&H Estate Sales & Service Rules:

A number entry system will be utilized the FIRST day of the sale and numbers will be available in a small tote on a first come/first serve basis, one hour before the sale starts (8 a.m). You must arrive when the sale starts (9 a.m.) to line up based on your number. Numbers that are not present will be skipped and be required to go to the back of the line. There will be no early sales. We will limit the number of people in the home at one time, because it is a very FULL house! If the weather is bad (rainy/muddy), you may have to remove your shoes or wear booties. Please remember you are a guest in someone else’s home. No pets allowed (except for service animals). Please use discretion if bringing children. They MUST BE SUPERVISED at all times or you will be asked to leave. The old adage of “you break it, you buy it” will apply. Our staff is NOT able to lift/carry/haul your purchases, so please arrange for pick-up of whatever you plan on buying. In fairness to all customers we will not give out price information in advance. The address will not be published until one day before the sale.

Parking on Mt. Zion is limited based on being in a school zone.

Credit/Debit cards will be accepted based only on internet reception for purchases over $10.00. At this time there is not an upcharge to use a CC, but this may change in the future.
