This house is soooo much bigger than it looks from the outside! The main floor, basement, and garage is FULL. Three bedrooms; one full of vintage linens, one office and sewing, and one with a queen bedroom set! There are puzzles, grandfather clock, end tables, purses, stained glass, couches, a loveseat, chairs, stereo/speakers, Lane cedar chest, luggage, golf clubs, records, yard sticks, masks, books, Jatco memorabilia, Navajo sand art, rocking chair, cleaning supplies, dining room table with two leaves and 6 chairs, a bike, garden tools and supplies, wheelbarrow, tools, Craftsman tool chests, clothes, shoes, Green Bay Leather Jacket, coats, lamps, pictures, Christmas decor, a desk and a desk chair, kitchen dishes & misc., bathroom misc., etc. See pictures for all of the items.

S&H Estate Sales & Service Rules:

A number entry system will be utilized the FIRST day of the sale and numbers will be available on the front porch in a small tote on a first come/first serve basis, one hour before the sale starts (8 a.m). You must arrive when the sale starts (9 a.m.) to line up based on your number. Numbers that are not present will be skipped and be required to go to the back of the line. There will be no early sales. We limit the number of people in the home at one time. If the weather is bad (rainy/muddy), you may have to remove your shoes. Please remember you are a guest in someone else’s home. No pets allowed (except for service animals). Please use discretion if bringing children. They MUST BE SUPERVISED at all times or you will be asked to leave. The old adage of “you break it, you buy it” will apply. Our staff is NOT able to lift/carry/haul your purchases, so please arrange for pick-up of whatever you plan on buying. In fairness to all customers we will not give out price information in advance. The address will not be published until one day before the sale.

Credit/Debit cards will be accepted based only on internet reception. (All Credit and Check transactions will require a signature & phone number.)

Taxes are required to be collected at a 5.5% rate, per State law.
