There is a vehicle for sale and this will be a 2 WEEKEND SALE (Dec 28 & 29 BOTH DAYS FULL PRICE, Jan 4 & 5 BOTH DAYS 1/2 PRICE (Not the car)). The offers will be presented to the family and they have final say for the reserve:

A few other things to note:
There is a spiral staircase to the basement that is not suitable for everyone. There is an elevator lift available for those patrons who are not able to access the basement by the staircase. However, only a few people can ride the lift at a time and it there WILL be a line. Due to this, we may have to keep you waiting outside longer than normal if you are there right away in the morning. Please dress appropriately. Patience will be appreciated!

S&H Estate Sales & Service Rules:
A number entry system will be utilized at this sale and numbers will be available on a first come/first serve basis, one hour before the sale starts (8 a.m.) on Friday. You must arrive when the sale starts to line up based on your number. Numbers that are not present will be skipped and be required to go to the back of the line. There will be no early sales. We will limit the number of people in the home at one time. Please remember you are a guest in someone’s home. If the weather is bad you may need to remove your shoes. No pets allowed (except for service animals). Please use discretion if bringing children. They MUST BE SUPERVISED at all times or you will be asked to leave (this is for their safety). The old adage of “you break it, you buy it” will apply. Our staff is NOT able to lift/carry/haul your purchases, so PLEASE arrange for pick-up and help of whatever you plan on buying, especially large appliances and furniture. In fairness to all customers we will not give out price information in advance. The address will not be published until one day before the sale.
Terms and Conditions: Cash & Local Checks are accepted. A $30 charge will apply for NSF.
Credit/Debit Cards will be accepted based only on internet reception and only for purchases over $10.00. (All Credit and Check transactions will require a signature & phone number.)
Taxes are required to be collected at a 5.5% rate, per State law.
