NOTICE:
If you are experiencing respiratory or flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, body aches, headache, chills or fatigue, we ask that you kindly refrain from coming to this sale.
The safety of our customers and staff is our highest priority and masks will be requested, however NOT required. If you are willing and able to wear one, please do so.
We will be abiding by our limited amount of people allowed in the house at one time. (NO MORE THAN 20 AT A TIME). If you are waiting outside in line, we ask that you wait at least 6 Feet Apart. You may experience longer wait times. You may want to bring a lawn chair and dress according to the weather. See below for entry number system.

S&H Estate Sales & Service Rules:
A number entry system will be utilized at this sale on Friday at 8 am (we open at 9 am). There will be a tote with numbers in it located AT THE TOP OF THE DRIVEWAY. We will allow only 20 people at a time. There may be a wait time for entry (one person in = one person out, whether you came with another person or not). Please dress accordingly. Please get in line on a first come/first serve basis on Saturday and Sunday at the front door. There will be no early sales.
YOU WILL HAVE TO PARK ON HWY 51 AND WALK DOWN THE DRIVEWAY. THE DRIVEWAY WILL BE FOR LOADING LARGE FURNITURE ONLY.
Please remember you are a guest in someone’s home. No pets allowed (except for service animals). The old adage of “you break it, you buy it” will apply. There are a LOT of breakables at this sale!! Our staff is NOT able to lift/carry/haul your purchases, so PLEASE arrange for pick-up and help of whatever you plan on buying, especially large appliances and furniture. In fairness to all customers we will NOT give out price information in advance. The address will be published one day before the sale.
Terms and Conditions: Cash & Local Checks are accepted. A $30 charge will apply for NSF. Credit Cards will be accepted based on internet reception and only for purchases over $10.00. (All Check transactions will require a signature & phone number. DUE TO COVID ALL CC TRANSACTIONS WILL BE SIGNED BY THE CASHIER WITH A FIRST NAME AND COVID TO KEEP GERMS TO A MINIMUM ON THE CC TABLET.) Taxes are required to be collected at a 5.5% rate, per State law. S&H is Not Responsible for Accidents. All Items are Sold AS IS, NO REFUNDS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES. Please check your purchases thoroughly before buying. All Sales are FINAL. There will be a Limited Number of Pink Estate Sale signs located in the vicinity to direct you to this house.
