This victorian home was set-up as a duplex inside and is full of over 90 years of valuables. It is packed to the gills with antiques and vintage collectibles. The Melan Brothers lived here with separate households. You may remember The Oriental Shoppe downtown many years ago. These were the owners. They have many linens still in the plastic, chenille bedspreads new in the box, oriental rugs, and many other things from the Shoppe.
Estate Sale Rules :
Tax Charged at 5.5%, All Sales are FINAL, All Items are Sold AS IS, NO REFUNDS/RETURNS, You Break it, You Buy it, Please Watch Your Children.
Cash, Credit, Check Accepted (All Credit and Check transactions will require a signature & phone number.)
There is NO STREET PARKING ON CENTERWAY ST. OR in the DRIVEWAY. Please Park on Williams St. OR Cornelia St. Exception for LARGE purchase pick-up ONLY.
S&H Staff WILL NOT load/carry/haul LARGE items. Please bring appropriate vehicles to haul and help to load.
Please enter at the Back of the House. There will be a Pink Estate Sale Sign at the back door.
Numbers will be available at 8 a.m. at the Back Door in a small plastic tote. Entrance will be allowed at 9 a.m. by numbers. A limited number of people will be allowed to enter at one time.
Pink Estate Sale signs will be located in the vicinity to direct you to this house.
Please come with plenty of time to see everything, we close promptly at 5. (It may take 45 minutes to 1 hour to see everything.)
