S&H Estate Sales & Service Rules:
A number entry system will be utilized the first day of the sale and numbers will be available on a first come/first serve basis, on the front porch, one hour before the sale starts (8 a.m. on Friday). You must arrive when the sale starts to line up based on your number. Numbers that are not present will be skipped and be required to go to the back of the line. There will be no early sales. We will limit the number of people in the house/garage at one time. The amount of room to move around in this house is very limited, so please be patient while in line. It may take longer than normal before you're allowed in the house/garage. Please remember you are a guest in someone’s home. No pets allowed (except for service animals). Please use discretion if bringing children. They MUST BE SUPERVISED at all times or you will be asked to leave (this is for their safety). There is a lot of glass at this sale!! The old adage of “you break it, you buy it†will apply. Our staff is NOT able to lift/carry/haul your purchases, so please arrange for pick-up and help of whatever you plan on buying, especially large appliances and furniture. In fairness to all customers we will not give out price information in advance. The address will not be published until one day before the sale.
Terms and Conditions: Cash & Local Checks are accepted. A $30 charge will apply for NSF.
Credit/Debit Cards will be accepted based only on internet reception and only for purchases over $10.00. (All Credit and Check transactions will require a signature & phone number.)
Taxes are required to be collected at a 5.5% rate, per State law.
S&H is Not Responsible for Accidents.
All Items are Sold AS IS, NO REFUNDS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES. Please check your purchases thoroughly before buying. All Sales are FINAL.
Pink Estate Sale signs will be located in the vicinity to direct you to this house. Please do not park in the driveway, or block the neighbors driveways.
